As part of the move to Tier 4 Covid restrictions the print book stock in the LRC is no longer accessible to QMU staff and Students. Please use this form to request print books from the QMU Library using our new “Click and Collect” process.
Please check the library catalogue for ebooks and only fill out the form below if it is essential for you to request a physical copy.
If you are requesting more than one book, please fill in the details of the first book in the boxes below then add similar details for the additional books in the “Additional book requests” box. You will receive an email when the books are available for collection from the trolley situated at the Helpdesk. Books are arranged alphabetically by requestor surname and should be issued at the self service machines in the usual way.
